Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Country Product Manager to help drive growth in the Czech market and support our mission of fostering cultural exchange and building global families. As a hands-on manager, you will have the opportunity to combine your skills in sales, marketing, and leadership to take ownership of the Czech au pair market and operate like a small business. You will be based in Prague and report to the Sales Director in Zurich, Switzerland.

What you will do:

  • Sales & Marketing strategy development and execution within your approved budget to meet sales targets.
  • Direct management of the 2 full-time Sales Coordinators and 6 part-time Meeting Leaders.
  • Staff recruitment, engagement, and development.
  • Step into any aspect of the job necessary to help the team achieve its goals. These aspects will include tele sales, screening candidates, visiting schools/universities, local marketing initiatives, hiring and training office and field staff.
  • Management of quality control and customer service via contact with US operations.

Professional qualifications

  • 3 years’ work experience in the sales and/or marketing functions, with at least 1 of those years in a sales management role with staff management
  • University/College graduate. A marketing or business degree is advantageous
  • Full proficiency in Czech and English
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Word)
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
