We are currently looking for: Lead Salesforce Developer

Requirements:

Opportunity for a new international Tech Hub emerging from Lisbon.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team in an international challenging opportunity. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and maturity in Salesforce development and a strong understanding of best practices within the technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Ownership: Responsible for the design, implementation, and unit testing of requirements in the context of Salesforce and/or a functional domain.
  • Documentation: Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications.
  • Salesforce Parameterization: Deliver Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards.
  • Development: Perform coding to implement the interfaces in scope.
  • Testing & Defect Resolution: Execute unit tests, analyze defects, and implement fixes.
  • Test Definition: Define and review test cases.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Hands-on experience building unit tests, defect analysis, and bug fixing.
  • Good level of Git, SFDX, and pipelines CI/CD.
  • Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, spoken and written.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2 days per week in the Lisbon office.

Nice to Have:

  • Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

Location: Lisbon - Hybrid

Work Model:

  • 2 days per week in the office in Lisbon.
  • 3 days per week working from home.

Range Salarial

€2,300–€2,600 gross monthly salary

Note: Includes all components: Fixed, Variable, Meal Allowance, Remote Work, and Benefits.

Work Schedule:

At Accenture, we work under two different schedules. This work schedule provides 12 additional Compensation Days in addition to the normal holiday days.

These are fixed days during national holiday periods:

  • 5 days between Christmas and New Year's Eve.
  • 5 days during Easter.
  • 2 days during Carnival.

During Winter From October to May - 8 months 43 hours/week

  • Monday to Thursday: 09h - 19h (9 hours/day)
  • Friday: 09h - 17h (7 hours/day)

During Summer From June to September - 4 months 39 hours/week

  • Monday to Thursday: 09h - 18h (8 hours/day)
  • Friday: 09h - 17h (7 hours/day)
