Benefits
Full description
We're looking for a Product Manager, Media to join Procore's product team. In this role, you'll lead Procore's camera and media experience—the photo and video tools construction professionals use to visually document the jobsite. Your goal is to own the end-to-end media experience: capturing jobsite photos and video on mobile apps and devices—including wearables—and organizing it across both web and mobile. You'll make capture faster and more intuitive, keep media organized wherever teams work, and pioneer new ways to capture, including AI.
As a Product Manager, Media, you'll partner with UX and Engineering to define the strategy and roadmap for media capture, then design, build, and ship features that make documenting the jobsite faster and more organized across web and mobile. Use your customer-centric mindset, curiosity, and drive for innovation to reimagine how construction teams capture and organize the visual record of their work. This is impact at massive scale—as the industry's market leader, Procore is the most widely used app in the field, and media is how millions of jobsites get documented every day. Come help us build what's next in construction.
This position reports into the Group Product Manager, Mobile and will be based in our San Francisco, CA office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you'll do:
- Own the roadmap, prioritization, and execution for Procore's camera and media capture experience across mobile apps and devices, including wearables.
- Drive how jobsite media is organized and surfaced across both web and mobile, making it easy for teams to find, manage, and act on their photos and videos.
- Explore and ship new ways to capture, including AI-powered experiences that make documenting the jobsite faster and more intelligent.
- Partner directly with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and quick wins, and translate those insights into product direction.
- Collaborate closely with UX and Engineering to define, design, build, and launch media experiences across web and mobile.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform prioritization, guide decisions, and measure impact.
- Define and track success metrics for capture and organization, including adoption, engagement, and media volume.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with experience building mobile and consumer applications a strong plus. Experience with camera —especially reality capture in construction or adjacent industries—is highly valued.
- Ship consumer-grade mobile experiences with UX and Engineering, moving fast in an agile environment without losing the craft.
- Get out into the field—obsess over how construction teams actually work, and turn messy real-world problems into products people love to use.
- Turn ambiguity into clarity: frame the problem, define crisp requirements, and set the metrics that tell you whether you're winning.
- Bring a builder's curiosity about emerging tech—AI, computer vision, new capture hardware—and a point of view on where the industry is going.
