Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications. The successful candidate will manage projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, budget control, and effective vendor management.

The role involves overseeing ServiceNow SaaS development projects and maintaining existing .NET/Java applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and implementation.
  • Oversee application development, maintenance, system enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Manage ServiceNow SaaS development projects and existing .NET/Java systems.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outsourced vendors to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, expenditures, risks, and security requirements.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes to ensure system reliability.
  • Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation, requirements, and progress reports using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, security, and risk management requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in system development and maintenance.
  • Strong experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • PMP certification or demonstrated practical experience in project management.
  • Experience in application development, maintenance, UAT, and quality assurance processes.
  • Proven experience managing outsourced vendors, including deliverables, timelines, budgets, expenditures, security, and risks.
  • Proficiency in project and requirements management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
