Your Role
As a Junior Business Analyst with Capgemini, you will support the analysis and documentation of business needs for digital and content-focused initiatives. You will help maintain accurate requirements and CMS content, track activities in Jira, and work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
In this role you will:
- Support the collection, clarification, and documentation of business requirements.
- Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, process notes, and functional documentation.
- Perform CMS content updates and quality checks in line with agreed standards.
- Review content and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Create meeting notes, action lists, and concise project updates.
- Maintain requirements, tasks, and follow-up actions in Jira.
- Support backlog refinement and requirement traceability activities.
- Coordinate with business, content, development, and testing colleagues.
- Escalate unclear requirements, risks, or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, documentation, and working practices.
Your Profile
- Initial professional experience in business analysis, content operations, project support, or a related area.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Practical exposure to CMS content work or digital-content administration.
- Ability to organize information and produce clear, structured documentation.
- Familiarity with Jira or a comparable task-management tool.
- Good written English and the ability to communicate clearly in an international environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn business analysis methods and digital-delivery practices.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines with appropriate guidance.
- Collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented approach.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Drupal or another enterprise CMS.
- Basic understanding of Agile delivery and user stories.
- Experience supporting web or digital projects.
- Knowledge of content-quality or accessibility principles.
