About Kody

Kody is a pioneering fintech company dedicated to revolutionizing payment solutions for brick-and-mortar businesses. With a strong presence in multiple regions, we are committed to delivering seamless and innovative financial experiences for our customers.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proactive Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the core driver of business intelligence, turning raw data into actionable commercial insights to optimize revenue processes, drive GTM efficiency, and empower leadership decision-making.

Working closely with Commercial, Revenue Operations, and Product teams, you will focus on building robust reporting frameworks, performing deep-dive SaaS/Fintech performance analytics, and maintaining data hygiene across our revenue ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & GTM Data Analytics

  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis across the entire sales funnel—from lead acquisition to deal execution—to identify revenue growth opportunities and conversion bottlenecks.
  • Perform cohort analysis and monitor core SaaS/Fintech performance metrics (ARR, NRR, TPV, CAC, LTV, Retention, and Churn).
  • Assist in revenue forecasting, pipeline health analysis, capacity modeling, and sales quota tracking.

2. BI Dashboards & Reporting Frameworks

  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting frameworks (using BI tools) for GTM leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear analytical tasks, KPI frameworks, and executive-ready reports.
  • Deliver regular weekly and monthly business insights to track overall revenue productivity and commercial performance.

3. Data Hygiene, Systems & Infrastructure

  • Partner with Sales and Data to ensure data integrity, hygiene, and consistency across GTM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and internal databases.
  • Extract, clean, and consolidate multi-source data to create reliable, single-source-of-truth datasets.
  • Support data automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting efforts for commercial teams.

- Experience:At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Revenue/Sales Operations Analyst within a SaaS or Fintech company.

- Technical & Analytics Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for quick data modeling and analysis.
  • Proven experience with modern BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase, or Looker).

- SaaS & Revenue Acumen:Strong understanding of core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rates) and commercial pipeline dynamics.

- CRM & Tool Knowledge:Familiarity with CRM data structure (e.g., HubSpot) and customer communication platforms (e.g., Intercom) is a major plus.

- Communication & Collaboration:Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical business partners.

- Mindset:Strong problem-solving capability, high attention to detail, self-motivated, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

- Education:University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
