The Product Manager (Website & App Stores) owns the website, app stores and ultimately the acquisition outcomes end to end, from strategy through to launch and ongoing optimisation. You are the connective tissue between Marketing and Product, translating acquisition strategy into a website & app-based experience that converts, and translating website & app performance data back into strategic recommendations. You work hand in hand with creatives and product designers, front-end developers, and content teams to ship high-quality landing pages, onboarding flows, and multi-market web experiences, and you hold the quality bar at sign-off. Key responsibilities:
- Own the website & app store product roadmap end to end, working with Marketing and Product stakeholders to define strategy and translate it into a deliverable plan.
- Partner with creatives and product designers in Figma to shape landing pages, onboarding flows, and visual components, with a strong understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Work closely with front-end developers to deliver visual components and web experiences, acting as the product owner who reviews, quality-checks, and signs off before launch.
- Work with our content managers to ensure optimised use of the CMS, understanding how content structures, templates, and localisation are configured and maintained.
- Lead multi-language and multi-country product delivery, ensuring website and acquisition experiences are adapted appropriately for each market.
- Use analytics tools to measure and report on acquisition metrics (conversion, drop-off, funnel performance), using data to prioritise the roadmap and validate outcomes.
- Run the product backlog for the website and acquisition squad(s), including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other core agile ceremonies.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the squad and stakeholders in Marketing, Design, and Engineering, communicating roadmap, trade-offs, and delivery status clearly.
- Maintain a high quality bar for anything shipped to the live website, balancing pace of delivery with brand, UX, and technical standards.
- Own and maintain app store listings across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, managing content, compliance, and updates across multiple storefronts and locales for a regulated fintech product.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience owning websites, app store listings, landing pages, ideally with direct exposure to acquisition strategy and conversion optimisation.
- Comfortable working in Figma and confident navigating design libraries, component systems, and visual design handoff.
- Experience working closely with front-end developers to deliver and quality-assure visual components ready for production.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms and how content is structured, templated, and managed, ideally across multi-language or multi-country products.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. GA4 or equivalent) to measure and act on acquisition and conversion metrics.
- Experience managing app store listings on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for a regulated fintech product, including managing multiple storefronts and locales.
- Comfortable operating within an agile squad: backlog grooming, sprint planning, and day-to-day prioritisation with developers and designers.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to bridge Marketing and Product priorities and communicate clearly across both audiences.
- A pragmatic, detail-oriented approach to quality: comfortable being the final check before something goes live.
