Your Team's Impact:

Market Data Analyst is part Data Operations and Licensing Team with responsibility for the management of third-party data, including overseeing FactSet’s monthly reporting obligations to third party and Exchange sources and other operational processes.

Responsibility for tracking and managing your own workload to ensure completion on schedule and project manage any remedial action as required.

Working closely with all members of Data Licensing and Operations Team, Sales, Finance, and Product Development, as well as coordination with clients and data providers.

What You'll Do:

  • 70% Undertaking FactSet’s monthly reporting and operational workflow; including invoice validation, pricing updates and ensuring documentation is current. 
  • 10% Coordinate with vendors and internal groups including Sales, Finance, Product Development and Legal to support data vendor administrative processes.
  • 10% contract management according to business needs by liaising with third party vendors and internal stakeholders on a regular basis. 
  • 10% Contributing to departmental projects both independent and group with limited guidance.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated fluency in English, both verbally and in written word
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to correspond with a diverse group of stakeholders and vendors
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years in Specialist role or equivalent
  • 2 years of professional experience in global financial markets and market data distribution
  • Strong computer skills including Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven attention to detail
  •  Demonstrated ability to grasp new and/or complex concepts and apply them to projects as necessary
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Willingness to work in a global organization with team members in different geographic locations
