About the Opportunity

RACV is looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development and delivery of secure, scalable Salesforce solutions. This hands-on leadership role will drive engineering excellence across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud while mentoring developers and partnering with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions

• Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura

• Lead code reviews, design sessions and technical workshops

• Champion automation, DevOps and CI/CD practices

• Maintain integrations with third-party applications, APIs and middleware, including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams and product owners

• Identify technical debt and recommend system improvements

• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, data governance and coding standards

• Mentor and coach developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

• Substantial technical leadership and industry experience, generally 10+ years

• Strong Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud

• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura

• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and responsive UI frameworks

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, Azure Integration Services or MuleSoft

• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

• A relevant degree and extensive industry experience

• Exposure to CPQ, FinancialForce or other financial ERP solutions will be advantageous
