Briefly Describe the Work
Global InfoTek, Inc. is hiring an AI / Machine Learning Research Scientist to lead applied AI research and prototyping initiatives. You will research, design, and deploy advanced AI algorithms, agentic AI frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), and computer vision models tailored for defense applications, predictive analytics, and autonomous decision-support systems.
Required Skills
- Deep theoretical and practical expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Transformer architectures, and LLMs.
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, Ray).
- Demonstrated experience designing Agentic AI architectures for autonomous decision-making and multi-agent coordination.
- Strong programming fluency in Python, C++, and GPU acceleration libraries (CUDA).
- Experience developing AI models capable of operating on edge hardware or constrained defense networks.
Desired Skills
- Experience with AI safety, explainability (XAI), adversarial ML defense, and model robustness testing.
- Published research or patented innovations in applied AI for defense/intelligence problems.
- Familiarity with CDAO (Chief Digital and AI Office) tools, Tradewind, or DoD AI governance frameworks.
Relevant Certifications
AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialist, TensorFlow Developer Certificate, or equivalent advanced AI credentials
