- Take full ownership, understand the business needs and workflows, Identify the problems and needs, conduct the necessary research, and decide the appropriate course of action.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the project's success.
- Manage and monitor projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with top-notch developers to define the product strategy, prioritize the backlog and deliver on time with high quality.
- Be the voice of the cross-functional teams and other product managers by understanding the developer pain points, driving the discovery process, and delivering innovative solutions that address their needs.
- Developing data infrastructures and the admin system while considering all stakeholders' needs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering teams, managing product backlogs, making trade-off decisions, defining technical requirements, establishing success criteria, and tracking impact
- Previous technical experience in Engineering, Product Owner, Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, Technical Services, or other related roles.
- Proficient at building strong relationships with engineering and cross-functional development teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- B.A. in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related quantitative fields - an advantage.
