Full description

We are looking for a Mid IT Project Manager - IT Systems & Service Delivery to join our team and lead IT projects and development initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

In this role, you will coordinate and drive multiple IT initiatives involving the procurement and implementation of new systems, lifecycle management of existing solutions, system upgrades, IT environments, process improvements, and information security. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, technical specialists, and external suppliers to ensure structured and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities• Lead, coordinate, and drive IT projects and development initiatives

  • Manage multiple projects and assignments running in parallel
  • Plan and coordinate the procurement and implementation of new IT systems
  • Support lifecycle management, upgrades, and changes to existing IT services and systems
  • Develop project plans, quarterly plans, budget documentation, and other governance materials
  • Monitor project timelines, costs, results, risks, deviations, and required actions
  • Report project status and decision requirements to management and steering committees
  • Coordinate internal resources and provide day-to-day leadership to project participants
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Coordinate external suppliers and manage support issues and escalations
  • Lead and coordinate activities related to incidents
  • Contribute to improvements in processes, support models, delivery routines, and IT security
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience within the last 10 years leading IT projects or IT assignments
  • Proven responsibility for monitoring time, cost, and delivery results
  • Experience reporting to steering committees and management
  • Experience leading and coordinating other team members
  • Experience working within IT project and/or IT service management environments
  • Experience coordinating multiple IT initiatives and stakeholders
  • Strong project planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent Swedish, both written and spoken

Nice to Have• Experience with procurement and implementation of enterprise IT systems

  • Experience managing externally acquired systems and external suppliers
  • Experience with IT system lifecycle management and upgrades
  • Experience with IT infrastructure or technical environments
