MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Pricing management:

  • Prepare Price Notifications, maintain price lists, and set up channel pricing in the system with 100% accuracy and OTIF support (including promoted SKUs and channel prices).
  • Support Brand Marketing in reviewing Pricing Memos.
  • Assist the Statutory Team in price declaration/registration with competent state authorities.

2. Trade spend management:

  • Support Customer Marketing Team and Trade Sales in executing and controlling trade promotion mechanics effectively, ensuring compliance with approved proposals and budgets.
  • Review trade terms for key Modern Trade accounts, including contract verification and compliance management.
  • Review and perform actual trade promotion settlements, ensuring compliance and validation.

3. Accrual management:

  • Prepare monthly Gross-to-Net (GTN) accruals for Modern Trade channels.
  • Validate supporting documents for accrual entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies.
  • Perform reconciliation between accrual estimations and actual settlements; investigate variances and provide explanations.
  • Continuously improve the accrual process for simplification and efficiency.

4. Compliance management:

  • Handle consumer MOIT promotion registration in compliance with Local regulations.
  • Review contracts with stakeholders, Tax Accountant, and Legal to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, Gross-to-Net spending in compliance with Corporate Revenue Recognition Policy and SOX requirements.

5. Business Process and System Control:

  • Operate and monitor GTN trade promotion in systems (DMS, Compiere, etc.) for data accuracy and compliance.

6. DMS trade promotion management:

  • Manage DMS promotion system to enhance compliance control and accelerate promotion claim settlements.
  • Coordinate with DMS project team to ensure high data accuracy, productivity, and visibility of sales performance.

7. Other Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with stakeholders on paperwork for preparing and reviewing contracts, promotion notifications, pricing notifications, data extraction and reconciliation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.

​ QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education: Bachelor of Accounting and Finance.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Trade Spend or Commercial Finance or Finance & Accounting

3. Skills:

  • Ability to handle financial and accounting data in compliance with Corporate Accounting Policy, Revenue Recognition Policy and Tax accounting regulation.
  • Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial information and reporting
  • Knowledge of Local Government regulation related to promotion registration and Tax regulation to manage the compliance.
  • Financial analysis capability using MS Excel, PowerPoint and other tools.
