Your seat to fill:

• Monitoring & Response: Triage security alerts, investigate incidents, and assist with root-cause analysis

• Vulnerability Management: Conduct scans, prioritize risks, and collaborate on patch deployment

• Security Audits: Participate in compliance audits and assist in implementing corrective actions

• Tool Configuration: Deploy, configure and maintain security solutions

• Threat Intelligence: Stay updated on emerging threats and recommend proactive defenses

• Documentation: Maintain records of policies, incidents, and procedures

• Collaboration: Work with IT teams to integrate security into workflows and projects

• Training Support: Aid in developing security awareness programs for staff

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, system administration, or a related technical role (internships considered)

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including networking, operating systems, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and incident response

• Familiarity with common security technologies such as Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), SIEM, vulnerability scanners, firewalls, email security, or cloud security platforms

• Experience with Windows and/or Linux administration and basic network troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash is an advantage

• Understanding of security frameworks and best practices such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, or MITRE ATT&CK

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate technical issues methodically

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings and collaborate across technical teams

• Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Professional proficiency in English; German is an advantage
