The Center for Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics is seeking a Compliance and Regulatory Data Analyst for a full-time remote position.

The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is Chattanooga's leading provider of multi-specialty orthopaedic care since 1979. We have 12 convenient locations in Chattanooga, North Georgia, and the surrounding area. We offer advanced sports medicine, orthopaedics, surgery, physical and occupational therapy, and sports training.

The person in this position will be responsible for supporting organizational compliance, regulatory reporting, employee and physician training requirements, patient satisfaction data, safety initiatives, and operational analytics. This position collects, monitors, analyzes, and reports key data across multiple platforms to support informed decision-making, regulatory readiness, credentialing support, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required:

  • Minimum Associate's Degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, healthcare analytics, or credentialing support. Related data analysis role highly preferred.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, reporting, and analysis).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Healthcare compliance, regulatory reporting, or orthopedic practice experience preferred.

Remote position - must be within 90-mile radius of Chattanooga, TN.
