We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join one of our product squads and support the development of scalable, high-quality product experiences.
You will work in a cross-functional product environment, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on a modern SaaS platform serving a large and diverse user base. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with direct exposure to real product problems and delivery cycles.
This role is designed for early-career talent who demonstrate strong learning ability, ownership, and the potential to grow into a full Product Manager role over time.
The applicant must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and should not have GOSI registration for the past six months.
Responsibilities:
- Support product discovery by contributing to problem understanding and user insights
- Assist in defining product requirements and documenting scoped product work
- Collaborate with design on flows, usability considerations, and edge cases
- Work with engineering to clarify requirements and support delivery execution
- Participate in testing, release readiness, and post-launch follow-ups
- Contribute to tracking outcomes and identifying areas for iteration
- Maintain clear communication and documentation across stakeholders
- 0–2 years of experience in product, engineering, design, analytics, consulting, or a tech-adjacent role
- Ability to execute tasks end-to-end with clear ownership and follow-through
- Demonstrated learning ability when working on unfamiliar problems or domains
- Structured thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems
- Clear written communication and comfort explaining reasoning
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Reliability, accountability, and bias toward action
