Are you an experienced PM with a passion for digital transformation and manufacturing excellence? We are looking for a driven professional to lead the execution of a large-scale digitalization program, ensuring successful delivery across systems, stakeholders, and technology partners.

Tasks

  • Maintain the digitalization roadmap, portfolio dashboard, and program governance processes.
  • Drive planning cycles, status reviews, executive reporting, and steering committee communications.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions; maintain RAID logs and drive mitigation plans.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and external spending.
  • Ensure scope control and effective change management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Support vendor performance management and follow up on delivery commitments.
  • Lead testing and validation activities to ensure end-to-end system functionality within the factory environment.
  • Support the Digitalization Leader by driving execution and program delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex IT, OT, digital transformation, or system implementation programs.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Strong background in program governance, portfolio management, financial control, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Good understanding of MES, WMS, SAP ECC, and integrated manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation, PLCs, and shop-floor operations.
  • Experience managing multi-system, multi-vendor integration projects.
  • Understanding of testing and validation processes for large-scale system deployments.
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior leaders and steering committees.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to delivery.
  • Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.
