Job Responsibilities:

What you can expect

  • You will be part of our talented and versatile team aiming to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
  • You will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms while ensuring data quality, security, and reliability
  • You will design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for collecting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources
  • You will be working in close collaboration with the IT teams and the engineering community to support business and operational needs

What you'll bring

  • Data Pipeline Development: Experience with ETL/ELT tools and frameworks, good knowledge of data ingestion automation and processing workflows with focus on building reliable and scalable data pipelines for data quality and accessibility. Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, Java, or similar languages are required as technical qualifications
  • Data Architecture & Storage: Proven competencies of developing and maintaining scalable data warehouse and data lake solutions, designing efficient data models to support reporting, analytics, and machine learning applications and optimizing database structures, indexing, and query performance (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Familiarity with Apache Spark, Databricks, Kafka, or similar big data technologies
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in implementing and managing cloud-based data solutions using platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. Strong skills that support the need of working with containerized and distributed systems using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Proven knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure Bicep, AWS CDK) is a preferred qualification
  • Data Quality & Governance: Experience with implementing data validation, monitoring, and quality assurance processes. Familiarity with ensuring compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards (e.g., GDPR) as well as documenting data flows, architectures, and technical standards
  • Analytics & Collaboration: Excellent communication and capability to partner with business stakeholders, software developers, data analysts, and data scientists to understand data requirements. Proven continuous learning mindset and passion for emerging technologies in support development of dashboards, reports, and data products. Initiative in providing technical expertise and guidance in data management best practices. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana represents a preferred qualification
  • Version Control: Advanced knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab)
