JOB TITLE: (i-Ready) Designer, UI/UX (Product)

What will you do?

As a designer for UI/UX (product), you will help shape how a nation's health interactions look and feel inside of the BruHealth app, designing for real users making real decisions about their health.

This role reports to our Senior Designer, UI/UX (Product), and is based in Brunei.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.

• Design and iterate on screens for our consumer health app and internal tools.

• Build and maintain components within our design system.

• Run quick usability checks and fold feedback back into the work.

• Explore how AI features (recommendations, summaries, assistants) should be presented to users.

Qualifications and other skills requirements:

• Degree or diploma in design, HCI, or a related field; strong self-taught candidates with a portfolio are welcome.

• A portfolio showing UI work and design thinking is required.

• Solid command of Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping); understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and accessibility basics.

• Able to take feedback well and iterate fast.

• Strong interest in AI is highly valued; a self-initiated project using AI tooling is an advantage.

• Good to have skills: building clickable prototypes with AI tools such as Claude Design, Codex, or Figma Make; image/visual exploration tools (Midjourney, DALL-E); motion tools (Rive, Framer, After Effects); and basic HTML/CSS.
