Job Description
As a MEMS Chip Project Manager (f/m/div.) you lead a team of experts who are developing an innovative next-generation MEMS chip:
- Under your leadership, the SE team encompasses MEMS design, technology, layout, wafer-level testing, manufacturing, and quality, enabling it to develop optimal concepts and solutions for the product
- Moreover, effective management of the team's interfaces to system, ASIC, package, and final test development falls under your responsibility
- You manage the project schedule, which includes identifying interdependencies between different work packages, determining the critical path, and establishing and monitoring crucial milestones
- Together with the team, you do a systematic and thorough risk management to enable fast time-to-market with a good technical maturity
- Last but not least you continuously track the project status including quality, budget, production costs and schedule and report to stakeholders and management on a regular basis
Qualifications
- Personality: A confident and proactive personality with strong standing and decision-making capabilities; able to motivate others; highly assertive and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Working Style: Team player; resilient with the capability to adjust to changing boundary conditions; ready to take on and resolve internal conflicts; well organized and structured working style
- Experience: Several years of experience in MEMS development mandatory; experience in an organizational role; previous experience in management of complex project; ability to manage stakeholders from different units, including internal customers; PMP certification is a plus
- Languages: Full professional English proficiency; German language skills is a plus
- Education: Completed bachelor´s or master’s degree or comparable qualifications in physics, micro-systems, electrical engineering or a related field
