SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Burlington & New Berlin, Wisconsin | $112,000-$128,000 + Bonus Potential

Lynch & Associates - Engineering Consultants, LLC is a growing multidisciplinary consulting firm with offices in Burlington and New Berlin, Wisconsin. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead civil engineering and construction-observation projects while helping develop staff, strengthen client relationships, and support the continued growth of the firm.

What You'll Lead

  • Manage civil engineering projects and construction-observation services from planning through delivery.
  • Work independently while coordinating project teams across Lynch & Associates offices.
  • Manage the training, oversight, mentoring, and coaching of staff.
  • Provide QA/QC review of designs completed by engineering staff.
  • Direct the design of site civil, municipal, and transportation projects.
  • Prepare and oversee reports and permits for site civil, transportation, and municipal projects.
  • Develop proposals and prepare contracts, with final contracts reviewed and approved by a Managing Member.
  • Take responsibility for project budgets, billings, and accounts receivable.
  • Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication with clients, peers, and agencies.
  • Participate in marketing and business-development activities.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration or recognition as a technical expert.
  • Participation in a professional organization.
  • Demonstrated experience managing civil engineering projects and technical staff.
  • Strong QA/QC, project-budgeting, billing, client-management, and communication skills.
  • Experience directing site civil, municipal, transportation, and/or construction-related work.
  • Ability to provide overtime when needed to meet project deadlines.
  • Ability to meet Lynch & Associates' automotive-insurability requirements for business driving.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; Lynch is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
