Job Title: Senior Ruby Full Stack Engineer

At Coforge, we are hiring Senior Ruby Full Stack Engineer (#20942-11-1) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and scale high-performance, cloud-native web applications across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

• Transform prototypes, internal automation tools, and predictive models into robust, scalable, production-ready features.

• Ensure high availability and low-latency performance for backend worker queues, mission-critical systems, and cloud infrastructure.

• Build intuitive dashboards that provide visibility into automation pipelines.

• Leverage AI-assisted development tools, including GitLab and the Gemini ecosystem, to accelerate development, code reviews, and automated testing.

• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams while contributing to a strong culture of mentorship.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications, including complex API integrations and background job processing.

• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript technologies such as Node.js and React.

• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring scalable applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Experience or practical exposure to automation tools, RPA bots, automated agents, or Document Intelligence/IDP solutions.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve coding velocity and quality.

• Ability to build complete product features across frontend and backend.

• Ability to comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI Agents using OpenClaw, UiPath, or Gemini AI Studio.

• Experience with Document Intelligence APIs such as Azure Document Intelligence, AWS Textract, or Google Cloud Document AI.

• Experience with message brokers and complex state management using RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.

• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG use cases.
