About the Role
The Project Manager oversees the successful execution of residential roofing and exterior restoration projects throughout the Madison area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, supporting crews, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll play a critical role in managing active projects, coordinating with homeowners and crews, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects and coordinate with crews
- Travel between job sites, monitor progress and conduct inspections
- Act as main point of contact with homeowners
- Help crews overcome challenges that could impact quality, safety, or scheduling
- Document milestones, coordinate materials, and coordinate crews
- Communicate with internal teams, and proactively solve issues before they become tangible problems.
Requirements
- Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams, crews or field personnel
- Strong understanding of residential roofing and exterior construction best practices
- Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with smartphones, PM sofware, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable climbing on ladders and working outdoors
Schedule 40 hour work weeks Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays might be asked of you.
