This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Marketing Project Manager based in United States.
This remote role is focused on leading complex AI, technology, data, and digital marketing initiatives from initial definition through successful implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business, marketing, technology, data, architecture, and external partners. The position combines structured program management with practical knowledge of AI, automation, digital platforms, and responsible technology delivery. You will manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, budgets, resources, and changing priorities across distributed teams. A key part of the role is translating business and marketing objectives into measurable delivery plans, adoption strategies, and successful outcomes. You will work across U.S., Ireland, and India teams while maintaining regular collaboration with European stakeholders.

Accountabilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional technology, data, digital, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives from definition through implementation.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinating priorities, dependencies, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and issues across distributed teams.
- Develop project plans, delivery schedules, status reports, acceptance criteria, KPIs, benefits measures, and adoption plans.
- Coordinate business owners, marketing teams, technical delivery teams, architecture, data specialists, vendors, and subject-matter experts.
- Lead proofs of concept, rapid prototypes, experimentation, testing plans, validation activities, and implementation milestones.
- Support the integration of AI into marketing, content, digital, web, social media, creative, branding, communications, and publishing workflows.
- Apply practical understanding of AI models, generative AI, AI agents, data quality, integrations, privacy, security, and responsible AI governance throughout delivery.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Create structure and maintain momentum in ambiguous environments while exercising independent judgment and managing changing requirements.
- Coordinate collaboration across U.S., Ireland, and India teams while maintaining working-hour overlap with Europe.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within large, complex global organizations.
- Significant experience delivering complex technology, digital, data, automation, AI, or marketing initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Strong Agile project management and strategic planning experience; PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating both business/marketing and technology teams rather than focusing solely on schedules and administrative project tracking.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts, including generative AI, AI models, AI agents, AI governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations.
- Proven experience managing POCs, rapid prototypes, experimentation, testing, validation, and delivery schedules.
- Strong experience with budget and resource tracking, dependency management, risk and issue management, and executive reporting.
- Experience defining KPIs, acceptance criteria, measurable benefits, and adoption plans for products, platforms, or new operating processes.
- Experience with marketing or digital marketing projects, particularly involving web, social media, creative, branding, communications, or content technology.
- Experience implementing AI into marketing or content workflows and familiarity with multilingual content or publishing technology is valuable.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and bring structure to complex or ambiguous initiatives.
- Willingness and ability to maintain regular collaboration windows with teams across the U.S., Ireland, India, and Europe.
- Insurance or consulting industry experience is preferred.
