Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – NetSuite Location: New York, NY Department: Technology

Role Overview

Stoney Clover Lane is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize NetSuite. This role will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Production, Operations, Retail Stores, Wholesale and Digital teams to support system enhancements, integrations, reporting, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing both technical and operational priorities.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key support resource for NetSuite, including upgrades, enhancements, user access and platform maintenance
  • Assist users in a timely manner with tactical support inquiries (i.e. amending / creating saved searches)
  • Gather and document business requirements while applying NetSuite knowledge for suggested improvements
  • Build and maintain process and data flow documentation for technical processes and workflows
  • Support business readiness by creating test plans and training documents for rollout
  • Create and maintain standard suite of reports shared throughout organization (i.e. sales, budget to actual, inventory)
  • Support business readiness by creating test plans and training documents for rollout
  • Develop, test, and deploy NetSuite customizations and functionality enhancements
  • Support software and hardware integrations including Shopify, RF Smart, Ship Junction, Joor, and SPS Commerce
  • Assist with personnel onboarding and offboarding for equipment and application access
  • Support end users alongside third-party managed support partners
  • Automate and improve internal reporting
  • Apply AI tactics and analysis using Claude to analyze large datasets support problem solving

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of NetSuite support, administration or implementation experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Systems Technology, Business, or related field
  • NetSuite certifications appreciated, not required
  • Experience developing workflows, dashboards, report writing and NetSuite customizations
  • Solid understanding of NetSuite capabilities including AI application and SQL, Python or other programming appreciated, not required
  • Experience developing workflows, dashboards, and NetSuite customizations
  • Basic understanding of financial statements and inventory costing
  • Ability to recommend system parameters to improve internal controls and data governance
  • Strong understanding of retail business systems including POS and operational processes
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Merchandise Planning and Production Teams from a technical perspective

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days in NYC midtown office and Friday’s remote
