YOU WILL BE:
The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s accounting and financial systems to ensure reliable operations and effective business processes. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, Merchant, Planning, and Inventory Management teams to deliver system enhancements, implement new applications, and support data-informed decision-making. The Analyst manages multiple projects simultaneously, performs complex data analysis, troubleshoots technical issues, and provides end-user training and support. Working alongside the Financial Systems Manager, this role drives process improvement initiatives, increases operational efficiency, promotes self-service reporting capabilities, and supports strategic business growth through effective financial systems management.
YOU WILL DO:
- Lead financial systems support and administration, ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of accounting and finance applications.
- Manage cross-functional financial systems projects, coordinating with IT, Merchant, Planning, and Inventory Management teams to deliver business process enhancements on time and within scope.
- Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and support a data-informed, self-service reporting strategy.
- Drive process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and strengthen Finance and Accounting workflows.
- Implement new financial applications, system enhancements, and business solutions that align with organizational objectives and user requirements.
- Maintain system configurations, master data, integrations, and controls to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalations, and user-reported defects, meeting established service levels and minimizing business disruption.
- Partner with the Financial Systems Manager to support special projects, new business ventures, and strategic technology initiatives.
- Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge resources to increase user adoption, self-sufficiency, and system utilization.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including system uptime, issue-resolution time, project delivery milestones, user adoption rates, process efficiency improvements, data accuracy, and training completion metrics.
YOU WILL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Strong technical and financial background with 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, Office and Google Suite products
- Strong analytical, intuitive, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to serve as a strategic liaison between IT and business-focused departments
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate processes and design/execute process improvements
Systems & Technical Experience
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Large platform ERP experience required, with a strong preference for Workday Financials.
- Enterprise Performance Management (EPM): Experience with Oracle EPM for financial planning and reporting.
- Business Intelligence (BI) & Analytics: Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizing complex data using Tableau and Power BI.
- Data Analytics: Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and understanding how data can be deciphered to tell a story.

Salary Range $65,000 - $81,000* Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
