The role:
Responsible for all aspects of project delivery that contributes to growth, retention and revenue targets for the Retail Intermediary business, you will be working with key internal stakeholders to delivery on strategic partnership opportunities to maximise trading objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will be a proven high achiever who is experienced with project management initiatives, relationship management skills and an excellent communicator. An understanding of the Intermediary market and our key partners; Advisory businesses, Discretionary Investment Managers, Asset Managers and Platforms is essential.
What are we looking for?
- Accountable for all aspects of project management; creating and deploying detail project plans that detail objectives, ensuring clear ownership is identified, timelines are managed and are accountable for the completion of critical tasks. You will be responsible for regular and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and the International Business.
- There will be a need to prioritise activity based on trading objectives, balancing internal requirements, whilst actively managing client expectations accordingly.
- Identify and track risks and issues, focused on a positive outcome to all initiatives. Adopting best practice approach and sharing this across the Group.
- Support with ongoing development and delivery of Trading and performance MI, including market commentary and suggestions on retention activity.
- Planning and co-ordinating of strategic partnership changes; regulatory novations, agency structure, commercial assessment, support packages, etc.
- Support channel regulatory requirements, including managing controls, monitoring risks and reporting on deliverables. To enable this, a strong product understanding of SIPPs, Offshore and Onshore Bonds is required.
- Once projects are completed and are handed over to BAU, a comprehensive review is conducted and clear future Trading opportunities identified and education shared with sales team.
