Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization while collaborating across a global financial organization to deliver meaningful, secure experiences. You will turn customer insights into product outcomes that improve quality, reliability, and trust.

As a Vice President, Product Manager -Delegated Experiences and Agentic AI in Trust and Security, you will shape the strategy and delivery of authentication and authorization capabilities that protect customers and enable seamless digital journeys. You will partner with design, engineering, and testing teams to define requirements, prioritize work, and continuously improve performance using research and product metrics.

Job responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers to identify new opportunities through user research and discovery
  • Assess upstream and downstream impacts of new features across the end-to-end product experience
  • Support journey mapping, market analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform the product roadmap
  • Analyze and report product metrics across the development life cycle, including time, cost, and quality outcomes
  • Translate needs into clear requirements, epics, and user stories for technology delivery teams
  • Prioritize and execute deliveries using agile methods to achieve roadmap outcomes
  • Manage timelines and stakeholder communications, including updates to senior leaders
  • Facilitate technical and non-technical discussions to align teams on scope, sequencing, and dependencies
  • Partner with testing teams on end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and post-release validation
  • Drive problem-solving and prioritization by balancing speed, scalability, quality, and readiness
  • Apply risk management practices to identify issues early and deliver dependable product outcomes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related domain
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience leading discovery and requirements definition activities
  • Developing capability in data analytics and product measurement
  • Experience using agile delivery and issue-tracking tools (for example, Jira and Figma)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product demonstrations for varied audiences
  • Experience delivering initiatives through the software development life cycle from concept to production
  • Domain knowledge in authentication, authorization, and identity life cycle management
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong risk awareness and ability to manage delivery tradeoffs with partners

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
  • Experience building or managing API-based products
  • Experience with dynamic, risk-based assessment and step-up challenge patterns
  • Practical product experience with AI platforms, agentic workflows, and MCP servers and tooling
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop conversational AI solutions for external users
  • AWS certification
