Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories for development teams
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews to elicit requirements and drive alignment
  • Develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and workflow documentation
  • Collaborate with software developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to key stakeholders
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
  • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
