Key Responsibilities

Security Service Delivery

  • Manage

the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.

  • Oversee

security operations including vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, identity and access management, and governance activities.

  • Ensure

timely implementation of security controls, remediation activities, and risk mitigation plans.

  • Monitor

service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Program & Project Management

  • Lead

cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure.

  • Coordinate

with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Manage

project schedules, dependencies, and risks.

  • Provide

regular status reporting to senior leadership and customers.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act

as the primary point of contact for customers and executive stakeholders.

  • Conduct

service reviews, governance meetings, and executive briefings.

  • Build

trusted relationships with business leaders and technology teams.

  • Align

cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives and customer expectations.
