Responsibilities

• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.

• Design and implement scalable data models using Microsoft Fabric.

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Pipelines.

• Integrate data from SQL Server, SharePoint, REST APIs, Excel, and Azure Data Lake.

• Develop complex DAX measures, KPIs, and Power Query transformations.

• Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy.

• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace governance.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Product Owners to understand reporting requirements.

• Participate in requirement gathering, UAT support, and production deployments.

• Follow DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps and Git.

Required Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Power BI development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem.

• Expertise in SQL, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.

• Experience working with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and ADLS Gen2.

• Knowledge of Power BI Service administration and deployment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Pharma, FMCG, or Sales & Distribution domain.

• Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM).

• Microsoft Fabric or Power BI certifications.
