ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join a team of dedicated professionals in the financial services and payments sector, working on strategic initiatives that support the evolution of a global digital payments ecosystem. You will work across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of payment and settlement operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Lead and support initiatives related to digital settlement processes, wallet integrations, reconciliation capabilities, and payment ecosystem enhancements.
  • Analyze end-to-end settlement and reconciliation flows and identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Work as a bridge between business, operations, accounting, product, and technology teams, translating business needs into clear functional requirements and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to onboard and integrate digital wallets, payment providers, banking partners, and settlement solutions.
  • Document business processes, use cases, functional requirements, and process flows to support system enhancements and transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in solution design, testing, and implementation activities, including test case creation, execution, defect management, and production validation.
  • Monitor settlement performance, reconciliation accuracy, and the operational impact of new implementations.
  • Support issue investigation and root cause analysis related to settlement discrepancies, reconciliation breaks, accounting impacts, and payment processing exceptions.
  • Work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and improve the scalability, accuracy, and transparency of settlement operations.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Experience in Business Analysis, Payment Operations, Settlement Operations, Financial Services, FinTech, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, settlement, reconciliation, and the movement of funds within financial ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls, with an understanding of accounting entries, reconciliations, and settlement reporting.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation activities is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Agile, Lean, or other project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with digital wallet integrations, payment gateways, card schemes, banking integrations, or cross-border payments.
  • Exposure to reconciliation platforms, settlement engines, ERP systems, or financial reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of payment industry standards and financial services operations.
  • Experience working on transformation, modernization, or system enhancement programs within payments or financial services environments.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 4000 - 5400 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
