To build our first team at our brand-new location in Guadalajara, Mexico, we are looking for dedicated Software QA Engineers (m/f/d). You will play a central role in shaping the local workspace, supporting our growing engineering team, and establishing a seamless connection with our central functions.

Your Tasks
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and machine learning engineers to understand AI use cases and define a long-term validation roadmap aligned with release cycles
- You develop, document, and execute validation strategies to ensure robust AI solutions for automotive applications while defining performance, scalability, safety, and reliability metrics
- You design and implement automation frameworks using real-world test fleet driving data to simulate AI-driven scenarios and complex edge cases
- You develop custom scripts, tools, and automated workflows to perform efficient functional and performance testing on AI models
- You collaborate with data science teams to validate AI predictions, investigate anomalies, and analyze failures using real-world data
- You integrate AI validation into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvements to strengthen overall testing frameworks
Your profile
- You bring extensive experience with agile development methodologies, distributed integration processes, and managing competing project priorities while maintaining delivery quality
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills, high attention to detail and risk assessment, and a strong willingness to learn and share knowledge within teams
- You show exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently across cross-functional and international teams
- You possess in-depth experience with automotive infotainment systems, AI concepts in automotive environments, and AI-enabled use cases
- You are proficient in Python and shell scripting for automation, simulation, and validation tasks
- You bring strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, ECU hardware/software, diagnostic tools (CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe, DTS Monaco), and troubleshooting complex vehicle networks (CAN/LIN/FlexRay/Ethernet)
- You offer excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively in international environments
