What will you do?

We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with around 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise networking. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and Cisco Meraki solutions. The engineer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across branch offices, data centers, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Manage and support Cisco Meraki MX Security Appliances, MS Switches, MR Access Points, and the Meraki Dashboard.
  • Configure VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP (basic), ACLs, NAT, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Support LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN.
  • Configure and maintain web proxy & DLP
  • Implement and maintain firewall policies, network segmentation, and DMZ environments.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively resolve incidents.
  • Support Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks, VPN connectivity, and routing.
  • Perform firmware upgrades, patch management, and network maintenance activities.
  • Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and standard operating procedures periodically.
  • Handle incidents, problems, and change management activities using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
  • Support network monitoring tools and assist in capacity planning.
  • Provide technical support during project implementations and migrations.

 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise networking.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Switches, Routers, and Firewalls.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki Dashboard, MX, MS, and MR platforms.
  • Good understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching.
  • Experience with wireless networking and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with network security is best practice and firewall policy management.
  • Experience working with ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management).
  • Exposure to SD-WAN technologies is an advantage.
  • Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
