Project Manager - Agriculture and Palm

Summary: A diversified conglomerate group is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and palm industries, with proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality results. This is a full-time position with a reputable company in the agriculture sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and team members
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and senior management
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders
• Manage project budget and expenses, track project costs, and provide regular financial reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the agriculture or palm industries
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• PMP certification is a plus
