Job Details: Job Location: RALEIGH - RALEIGH, NC, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Position Summary: The Product Marketing Manager serves on the marketing team as the key product, market, and competitive expert for assigned products. This position is responsible for the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing plans to fuel growth in the company's global product portfolio. Core responsibilities include strategic regional marketing planning, competitive analysis, pricing and promotional strategies, forecasting, sales training and support, and representing the voice of the customer and commercial team to drive product development. This person will work closely with R&D and Engineering, Sales, Clinical, and Customer Service. Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), partnering closely with global sales and practice development teams, Clinical, Regulatory and R&D Lead, in partnership with the Product Core Teams, the product development process, including product definition and requirements, product roadmap and end of life, design reviews and validation, business and financial models, and commercial launch readiness Develop and execute product launch plans, including business case assessment, market/economic analysis, and competitive/industry analysis to drive the product development pipeline Drive product marketing programs and campaigns to grow market share, leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to identify new opportunities Build product marketing plans with clear objectives, strategies, tactics, and short- and long-term P&L projections, grounded in data-driven forecasting Own product lifecycle management, partnering cross-functionally to meet sales targets and drive consumable utilization Lead internal product training in collaboration with Commercial Excellence Drive brand strategy and develop marketing assets, including advertising, promotions, PR, selling tools, presentations, competitive battlecards, and customer success stories, with a strong focus on digital, social, and omnichannel engagement Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), building and growing a network of speakers and luminaries aligned to the product portfolio Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends using data and analytics tools to identify threats and surface growth opportunities in real time Other duties as assigned or required. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA a plus. Minimum of five years of experience in a marketing function with a proven track record of success, or equivalent relevant experience in medical device sales. Background in medical devices and/or aesthetic industry highly preferred. Strong understanding of global aesthetic markets, with established connections to dermatology and aesthetic practices, physicians, and industry KOLs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management, digital marketing and CRM tools Approximately 30%-40% travel required, including nights and weekends. Travel may be domestic and international. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and programs and deliver results independently and through others Ability to work in a highly competitive market and develop effective strategies to gain market share. Proven experience building relationships with clinicians and Key Opinion Leaders. Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Superior oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong creativity, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Highly resourceful, can-do attitude.
