Location: Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Bolivia

Work Mode: Remote

At Coforge, we are hiring Tech Lead Python (#21103-6-1) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to globally distributed Python development teams, ensuring quality standards and best practices.

• Coordinate team activities and report progress to client stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python-based backend services.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.

• Implement microservices-based architectures and event-driven integrations using Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in technical leadership and team coordination.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Python 3.x development.

• Experience in API and integration development, including RESTful services and JSON payloads.

• Exposure to SOAP/XML-based web services.

• Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

• Good knowledge of Linux environments.

• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with AI coding assistant tools to improve development productivity.

Preferred Skills

• Telecom domain experience, particularly in OSS/BSS systems.

• Exposure to TM Forum APIs.

• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with Kafka and RabbitMQ.

• Familiarity with Order Management Systems, Network Provisioning, and Orchestration.

• Experience with CRM integrations.
