We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our Risk, Trust & Safety products. This role is critical to protecting our merchants and our business.
You will be the dedicated product owner for KYC/KYB, fraud detection, merchant risk scoring, and compliance-related features. You will work closely with Risk Function to translate risk strategy into product roadmaps, while partnering with Engineering to build robust, scalable systems.
You will operate with significant autonomy in day-to-day execution while aligning with the Head of Risk on strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Risk, Trust & Safety Product Roadmap: Define, plan and execute the product roadmap for Risk, Trust & Safety
- Drive Fraud Prevention: Build and improve fraud detection systems that protect merchants and the business while minimizing friction
- Navigate Regulatory Requirements: Ensure products comply with local regulations
- Balance Risk and UX: Design risk controls that protect the business without creating unnecessary friction for legitimate merchants
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Operations teams to ship risk products
- Define Success Metrics: Establish and track KPIs including fraud rate, KYC turnaround time, false positive rate, and compliance audit readiness
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in risk, fraud, compliance, or trust & safety
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services strongly preferred
- Understanding of KYC/KYB processes, fraud detection systems, and risk scoring models
- Technical depth — comfortable working with APIs, understanding system architecture, and collaborating with engineers on complex problems
- Experience navigating regulatory requirements (OJK, BI, or similar financial regulators)
- Detail-oriented mindset — thorough in documentation, edge cases, and compliance requirements
- Data driven and strong analytical skills
- Experience in agile methodologies
