Senior iOS Developer (Swift)

Senior iOS Developer to participate in the development of a new native iOS application, using Swift-based iOS development as the core technology stack.

Requirements

Must Have

  • 7+ years of experience in iOS application development
  • 5+ years of experience with Swift
  • Strong experience building, testing, and maintaining native iOS applications
  • Experience using Xcode as the primary development environment
  • Strong understanding of UIKit and/or SwiftUI
  • Experience implementing MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, or similar mobile architecture patterns
  • Strong understanding of iOS application lifecycle, memory management, and concurrency
  • Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and enterprise backend services
  • Experience consuming cloud-based and microservice-based platforms
  • Experience with Git and GitHub/GitHub Enterprise
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Experience participating in CI/CD processes for iOS applications
  • Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks (XCTest, XCUITest)
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services

Responsibilities

  • Analyze User Stories and provide feedback for refinement activities.
  • Develop and test native iOS applications using Swift.
  • Implement user-facing functionality following iOS development best practices.
  • Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, backend services, and enterprise platforms.
  • Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with Backend Developers, QA Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and Product Owners.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Support application deployment activities through CI/CD pipelines and App Store releases.
  • Identify technical risks and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with project guidelines, security standards, and development processes.
