Job Purpose:
This role will be responsible for managing and successfully deliver assigned IT projects and solutions in compliance with the project standards and processes of the QR IT, to meet defined business requirements within agreed timescales and cost. Lead the Projects throughout the project phases from initiation to closure, technical delivery, support and enhancement of the complete solution. This includes managing application support within assigned LOBs. Contribute to Business – IT strategy and IT budgeting of the assigned line of business.
Your duties would include:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Projects initiatives from inception through hypercare and transition to support.
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery roadmap.
- Establish project governance, milestones, dependencies, and release plans.
- Ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Drive resolution of project issues, blockers, and escalations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage product backlog execution in collaboration with Product Owners and Business stakeholders.
- Track sprint velocity, burndown, team capacity, and release readiness.
- Must have hands-on experience in product development and implementation of products at enterprise scale
- Coordinate multiple Agile teams (PODs) working across concurrent workstreams.
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed by onsite and offshore delivery teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and decisions.
- Managed agreed work program and provide periodic updates to key business stakeholders
- Drive procurement of new solutions and in obtaining internal alignment to complete technical evaluation and contract process.
- Must be well versed with the contract process and should be familiar with legal / contract clauses.
- Manage relationships with SaaS providers (eCommerce platform, Search, CMS, Payments, DAM, PIM, CDN, etc.).
- Monitor vendor deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Lead geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Establish working agreements, communication plans, and delivery cadences.
- Resolve cross-team dependencies and resource conflicts.
- Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation and contingency plans. Escalate critical issues proactively and Manage third-party and vendor-related risks.
- Prepare and manage project budgets and monitor budget consumptions
- Track vendor invoices, contracts, and change requests.
- Manage project financial reporting and benefits realization.
- Ensure optimum utilization of project resources.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our IT - team. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with Minimum 6 years project management experience required
- Should have experience in handing large projects spread across different geographies
- Should have good experience in procuring SaaS solutions and related cybersecurity and data protection considerations
- Experience in Retail and eCommerce will be an advantage
