Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the Solution Lead and platform owner for Traystream and related digital trade platforms, driving platform strategy, roadmap, solution architecture, and delivery execution.
- Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and transformation teams to define platform capabilities, target operating models, and digitalization opportunities.
- Lead requirements discovery, solution design, and implementation activities for enhancements, integrations, workflow automation, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, and vendor teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and secure platform solutions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of Traystream initiatives, including platform upgrades, new capability enablement, process automation, workflow optimization, and ecosystem integration with EPIX Trade & future Trade Finance platform
- Lead integration initiatives involving internal banking systems, document management platforms, workflow engines, API services, SWIFT connectivity, and external trade ecosystem partners.
- Establish platform governance, release management, change management, and delivery best practices to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.
- Manage project planning, resource estimation, budget planning, roadmap management, and delivery governance across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and vendor deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Support preparation of business cases, funding requests, project charters, and management reports for governance and executive review.
- Engage and communicate regularly with senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency of delivery progress, platform performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
- Act as the central point of coordination between business users, operations teams, technology teams, and external vendors throughout the solution lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Solution Delivery or Business Analysis within Banking or Financial Services.
- Proven experience leading enterprise platform delivery, application modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Traystream, trade workflow platforms, or digital trade solutions
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, system integration, API-based connectivity, workflow orchestration, document digitization, and enterprise application design.
- Experience managing end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, project planning, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and coordinating offshore development and support teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
- Good understanding of trade processing and transaction banking workflows would be advantageous.
