Corporate Relationship -Assistant Manager (Training & Placement) needed from Bangalore for an Engineering college

Job Opening – Bangalore

Role: Assistant Manager – Corporate Relations (Training & Placement)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid; occasional travel to main campus – Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Build corporate partnerships for placements & internships.

• Coordinate placement drives and recruiter engagement.

• Conduct training workshops & pre‑placement sessions.

• Maintain placement records and MIS reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management/HR.

• Mandatory: Prior experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering College/Institute.

• Strong communication & networking skills.
