We are looking for a Florida-licensed Civil/Environmental Engineer to serve as a Project Manager, leading land development engineering projects and working with junior engineers and designers to deliver residential, multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering design and permitting process for
land development projects
- Manage engineering delivery teams working on residential
subdivision and commercial site-design projects
- Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR), providing technical
review of engineering plans and calculations
- Prepare and review full engineering plans and supporting
calculations
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and development
for junior engineers and designers
- Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and
technical milestones to support timely project completion
- Manage client and project-related activities to ensure
quality engineering designs and successful permitting
- Coordinate with internal design teams regarding project
schedules, deliverables, and client expectations
- Support proposal preparation and monthly project billing
activities
- Apply land development engineering expertise to projects
while maintaining applicable design standards, regulations, and permitting requirements
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of
the engineering team
Requirements
- Education – Must have a
Bachelor’s Degree
- Civil Engineering – At
least 10 years of land development; hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing full engineering plans and calculations; experience with local regulations and permitting requirements involving municipalities and state agencies
- Licensure – Must have active
Professional Engineering License in Florida
- Project Management – Experience
in project management, project scheduling and client management (business development skills, highly desired); team leadership and mentorship; staff development
- Project Experience – Land
Development engineering for Single Family, Multifamily, Commercial and Industrial developments
- Modeling Tools – Proficient
with AdICPR, EPANET, or similar pressure-pipe modeling software
