We bring together specialist knowledge, thoughtful technology and genuine care for our customers. By helping more items stay in circulation, we create value for people and make a positive impact at the same time.

About the Team

Our Creative team shapes how Vintage.com shows up for prospective and existing customers. We work across brand and performance marketing channels to create work that feels distinctive and memorable while encouraging customers to take action.

Working closely with Performance, Brand and Marketing, we combine customer insight, creative thinking and performance data. As Vintage.com grows across markets and channels, we’re developing our capabilities across brand, motion, performance creative, print and creative localisation.

Why This Role Matters

As a Junior Visual Designer, you’ll help bring creative ideas to life across digital and physical channels. Working closely with our Visual Designer and the wider Creative team, you’ll create engaging assets for paid social, display, websites, email, direct mail, print and other marketing activity.

This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys variety, learns quickly and can move confidently between fast-turnaround work and larger campaigns. You’ll develop your skills across brand and performance design, motion, video, print and digital, learning how strong creative can influence customer engagement and business performance.

You’ll also help make our creative production more efficient by building reusable templates, keeping asset libraries organised and contributing to smarter ways of working. Your eye for detail, curiosity and fresh perspective will help Vintage.com stay consistent while continuing to evolve.

  • Deliver a consistent flow of polished creative across digital, social, print and other marketing channels, responding well to briefs and meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Develop and adapt performance-led concepts and creative variants, using campaign learnings to strengthen future work.
  • Apply the Vintage.com visual identity consistently while bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
  • Translate campaign ideas into engaging static, motion and video assets for different channels, audiences and markets.
  • Improve creative turnaround and consistency through reusable templates, organised asset libraries and clear production processes.
  • Build strong working relationships across Creative and Marketing, contributing confidently from initial idea to final execution.

Digital and print design

  • Design assets across paid social, display, websites, email, direct mail, print advertising, leaflets, events and other marketing channels.
  • Adapt creative concepts into different formats, sizes and placements while maintaining strong hierarchy and visual consistency.
  • Prepare accurate artwork for digital delivery and print production, including print-ready files.
  • Manage multiple briefs and priorities, balancing fast-turnaround assets with larger campaign requirements and agreed deadlines.

Motion and performance creative

  • Create simple motion graphics, animations and short-form video assets for social and digital campaigns using After Effects.
  • Bring static concepts to life through movement, transitions and considered animation.
  • Work with the Content Producer and wider Creative team to support video-led campaigns and social content.
  • Produce creative variations for testing and optimisation, using performance insight to inform future executions.

Brand and creative quality

  • Apply Vintage.com brand guidelines consistently across every piece of creative.
  • Check that designs are accurate, polished and fit for purpose before delivery.
  • Support the Visual Designer in maintaining a recognisable visual identity across channels, audiences and markets.

Collaboration and workflow

  • Collaborate with the Visual Designer, Copywriter, Photographer, Content Producer and Marketing teams from brief to final execution.
  • Contribute ideas in brainstorms, helping develop visual concepts, creative hooks and commercially effective campaign executions.
  • Respond positively to feedback, using it to strengthen the work and build your skills.
  • Create and maintain reusable design and Canva templates, organised asset libraries, clear naming conventions and efficient production processes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Around two years’ experience in graphic or visual design, supported by a strong portfolio across digital and print work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
  • A solid understanding of print and pre-press requirements, including bleed, crop marks, CMYK, resolution and print-ready PDFs.
  • A strong grasp of digital design, layout, hierarchy, typography, pixel density, resolution and social advertising formats.
  • Experience creating user-friendly Canva templates for colleagues or internal teams.
  • Confidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to support ideation, moodboarding, storyboarding and production workflows.
  • A proactive, detail-focused and feedback-friendly approach, with an appetite for experimenting with new tools and trends.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage several briefs and work collaboratively at pace.
  • Experience developing creative for paid social, performance marketing or structured testing.
  • Experience adapting creative across multiple channels, markets or languages.
  • An interest in photography, content production or emerging motion and video techniques.

No specific qualification is required. We care most about the strength of your portfolio, the experience you bring and your willingness to keep learning.
