RINA is currently recruiting for a Engineering Intern (Projects & Power BI) to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, RJ within the Division.​

Mission

Development and improvement of management tools, and support for Energy project management activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain the organization and control of documents related to clients’ management systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of performance indicator reports and other required documentation.
  • Fleet control and administration.
  • Coordinate employee logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
  • Support administrative routines, assisting employees with contract management demands.
  • Provide support in project management activities, including data collection and analysis, schedule updates, and performance indicator monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement improvements in management tools.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for project monitoring.

Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week (On-site during the first month).

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (expected graduation no later than 2028).
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
  • Proactive profile, organized, and with good communication skills.
  • Availability to intern 6 consecutive hours per day.
