Position Overview
As our Project Manager, you will lead projects from the initial customer meeting through completion while supporting our service technicians and helping drive company growth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Running company-generated replacement and project leads.
- Managing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical projects.
- Leading and Mentoring service technicians.
- Presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners.
- Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinating with office staff, vendors, and installers.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experiences.
- Driving revenue while maintaining high ethical standards.

Compensation
- 8% Performance Pay
- Monthly & Quarterly Cash Leads
- Company-generated leads
- No cold calling
- Average 2-4 appointments per day (up to 5 during peak season)
- Expected annual earnings: $140,000-$220,000 + based on performance
