Job Summary:
This position is accountable in respect of “Engineering and Technical services” in the areas of Thermal & Renewable power projects.
a.) Operating assets: Technical Implementing, monitoring, analysis, ensuring the business performance within internal BP & BPP cross functional collaboration.
b.) M&A: Provide the service of Engineering & Technical due diligence/evaluation.
c.) Construction project: Negotiate, Manage EPC contract and all related Construction Management works.
Responsibilities:
• Review and provide engineering advisory in the project engineering, construction and commissioning phases base on individual and area of expertise.
• Engineering consultation for Company’s Power Projects improvement in both efficiency and reliability (Plant and equipment) especially to technical problem or issue that impacts return/dividend to the company.
• Conducting Power Projects performance evaluation and result analysis for improvement opportunity.
• Providing engineering expertise in New Power Projects to match Company’s growth strategic (Feasibility study, Technical advisor/coordinator, Conceptual design, Bidding process support, Technical Due-diligence).
• Organizing high quality “Engineering and Technical services” in rapidly changing priorities and requirements of the Company and Subsidiaries.
• Managing power business data and information management inside the organization encourages the Company’s sustainable Knowledge Management process and system.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
- Having 5-10 years in Power plant Engineering / Commissioning / Project development / O&M.
- Having 3-5 years in Management level.
- Having solid background in individual field of study.
- Basic knowledge in Project finance and economics.
