Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of visual design experience in product design or UX/UI design.
  • Experience in data visualization and translating data into stories.
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience incorporating generative AI, large language model (LLM) APIs, and agentic workflows into user experiences.
  • Experience in using data to tell compelling stories through interactive media.
  • Experience applying frameworks to align design outcomes with organizational goals and performance standards.
  • Familiarity with technical prototyping (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

US: $159000 - $230000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
