  • Lead discovery sessions to identify high-value use cases and develop roadmaps for client solutions.

Sales Enablement & Practice Advocacy

  • Serve as the primary educator and advisor to Account Executives and Pre-Sales teams on how to effectively sell our consulting practice to prospective clients.

  • Assist in crafting compelling value propositions, proposal content, and demonstrations to showcase our capabilities.

Project Management Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers to align project delivery with client expectations, manage timelines, and ensure resource coordination.
  • Provide project managers with technical insights to support project planning and risk mitigation.

  • Partner with practice leaders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure solutions remain technically relevant, repeatable, scalable, and commercially viable.
  • Validate that solution offerings are sales-ready, including pricing guidance, deliverables, value propositions, presentations, demonstrations, and supporting collateral.
  • Drive the lifecycle management of solution templates from ideation through launch, adoption, enhancement, and retirement.
