What Will You Do?

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage industrial equipment projects from order intake to final completion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Service, and Quality teams.
  • Act as the main communication window between customers, factories, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedule, cost, delivery status, documentation, and customer requirements.
  • Follow up manufacturing progress and coordinate shipment arrangements with suppliers and forwarders.
  • Organize and lead internal/external project meetings and provide regular project status updates.
  • Review customer specifications, contracts, and technical/commercial requirements.
  • Support FAT/SAT, site activities, and commissioning coordination when required.
  • Handle project risks, customer issues, and change management during project execution.
  • Ensure projects are executed in compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
  • Support project documentation management, invoicing milestones, and project closing activities.
  • Coordinate with overseas factories

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

Your work location will be in Taiwan, Taipei.

Your Experience Should Be...

Bachelor's degree or above. Engineering-related background is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Candidates with project management experience in engineering companies, equipment manufacturing, EPC, or industrial-related industries are highly welcome regardless of academic major.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience handling industrial equipment, compressors, rotating equipment, oil & gas, petrochemical, hydrogen, or energy-related projects is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and proactively solve problems.
  • Familiar with project scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and workable English communication skills.
  • Experience working with overseas suppliers or international teams is a plus
